At Kazek, every product is made and handled with care. As part of our commitment to quality and transparency, we follow a strict Refund Policy.

Refunds
Refunds Will Be Processed Only If:

You received a damaged product due to courier mishandling

You received the wrong size or wrong item

The product has clear manufacturing defects
In these cases, we will initiate a full refund once the product is returned and inspected. Return shipping details will be provided after you contact us.
Order Cancellation or Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we may be able to make changes or issue a cancellation. After that, we cannot cancel the order.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

Dislike of the product after delivery

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Delay in delivery caused by shipping partners

Minor color or detail differences due to lighting or screen resolution
