Shipping Policy

At Kazek, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping processes

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

India (Domestic Orders):

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available)

International Orders (if applicable):

  • Standard Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

  • Customs clearance may cause delays

Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders over a certain value (e.g., ₹1,499+).

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment using that link.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to errors in address entry

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Customs procedures (for international orders)
